French-Made Scopitones

A French Scopitone ST36 jukebox

A French Scopitone ST16 jukebox

Most French Scopitones found in the U.S. were printed in Eastmancolor and, as a result, are now in various stages of turning red. French-made Scopitones found in France are often on Kodak Safety stock, and have much better color. Technicolor French Scopitones do exist, but are rare.

The following list is complete through A-453, but I have no reason to believe that the A-Series ended with that number. Other French films for which I have no catalog number appear in the list of "Other Scopitones (Series Number Unknown)." If you know the catalog number for any of those films, please let me know. The parenthetical titles are rough English translations of the French titles. Corrections are welcome!
